Therapy for the sensitive, overthinking, burned-out soul ready to reclaim meaning and authenticity

Kelsea Pelletier, LCPC
ABOUT
Kelsea helps highly sensitive, thoughtful adults heal from chronic burnout, self-abandonment, and identity collapse after years of overfunctioning. Her work blends nervous system-aware therapy, parts work, and meaning-making so clients can move from “barely holding it together” to grounded self-leadership. She loves working with people who feel deeply, have a sense that there’s more to life than achievement, and want therapy that honors both inner truth and everyday living.
Kelsea lives in the mountains, loves music, nature, and holistic living — and believes healing is as much about soul alignment as emotional regulation.
EXPERIENCE
Kelsea has a diverse background of experience. She's lived and worked in Bhutan and Costa Rica where she worked with clients from around the world. Kelsea has experience with community mental health where she supported inmates at the Missoula County Detention Facility and has also worked with high acuity adolescents and young adults, families.
