An invitation inward

Kelsea Pelletier, LCPC

I work with thoughtful, high-capacity adults who sense they have outgrown the identity that once helped them survive.

Together we explore how identity lives in the nervous system,  and how it can evolve.

This work draws from a developing framework called Embodied Identity Expansion, which explores how identity is maintained in the nervous system and how growth can happen through calibrated expansion rather than force.

Embodied Identity Expansion

Embodied Identity Expansion explores how identity lives in the nervous system and how it can evolve through calibrated growth. For some high-performing adults, success isn’t ambition,  it’s a survival strategy. This work helps people expand beyond survival-driven identities without abandoning the parts of themselves that helped them get here. Because growth doesn’t require blowing up your life.

Sometimes it simply requires expanding the identity your nervous system believes is possible.

If this resonates, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Therapy here begins with listening, at a pace that honors your nervous system and your life.

A first call is simply a conversation.

Reflections from Clients

"Kelsea is a talented therapist with an extraordinary ability to meet her clients where they are and walk beside them while they achieve their goals and dreams."

"Kelsea is very accepting, understanding, and makes you feel comfortable! "

"I have been working with Kelsea for over a year, and can not emphasize enough how much she has helped me travel through my complex past, face my current reality, and move forward into living as a more present, intentional, loving human. With her guidance I have been able to identify and express my true needs, taking the time to thoroughly examine uncomfortable things that I had yet to approach. Always kind, curious and supportive, Kelsea brings a lot of quality information and techniques to each session."

“When I started therapy, I was exhausted from surviving. I didn’t feel safe in my own body most days. From the very first session, she made me feel safe in a way I honestly had never experienced before. She has helped me unpack deep childhood trauma piece by piece, at a pace that honors my nervous system. For the first time in my life, I don’t feel like I have to carry everything alone. The healing that’s happened because of her support has been life-changing.”
